This oversized, one-room Villa features a king bed, ceramic tile floors, large tiled bathroom with shower and double sinks. The front porch offers a sitting and lounging area overlooking the Main House and Courtyard. The back porch has a sitting area and overlooks the 10 acres of lush landscaping and the grounds and offers beautiful Harbour Island sunsets over the bay. Complimentary water dispenser and Wifi in each room.

The property is beautifully landscaped and well kept. From our room, Rachel Alice, we had views of the ocean on both sides as well as from our private terrace. The room was very clean and had l’occitane products in the bath.

The Runaway Hill and the Infinity House especially are the best place for a relaxing vacation. The food is world-class and so are the views!

Jennifer the manager was great. She fit us in at the last minute for a beautiful villa (the Tyler Frank Villa #10) Would highly recommend this villa with views of the ocean and harbor.

Had the best vacation of my life at Runaway Hill! I stayed in the Infinity House which has the most amazing ocean front view and spacious private patio, perfect for large families or groups of friends.
