The Courtyard Rooms at the Inn include three separate guest rooms. This section has the capability of adjoining each room and offers the opportunity for guests traveling together or families that wish to share a room with their kids. These rooms are located adjacent to the Main House.

Cozy Courtyard Room has a small covered sitting area at the entrance. Queen Sealy Posturpedic bed, tiled floor, and small walk-in shower. Matteo Douglas, along with Mark Umberto and/or Luke Francisco can be combined to accommodate a larger family or group. Complimentary water dispenser with Reverse Osmosis Filtrated Water and Wifi in each room.

The property is beautifully landscaped and well kept. From our room, Rachel Alice, we had views of the ocean on both sides as well as from our private terrace. The room was very clean and had l’occitane products in the bath.

The Runaway Hill and the Infinity House especially are the best place for a relaxing vacation. The food is world-class and so are the views!

Jennifer the manager was great. She fit us in at the last minute for a beautiful villa (the Tyler Frank Villa #10) Would highly recommend this villa with views of the ocean and harbor.

Had the best vacation of my life at Runaway Hill! I stayed in the Infinity House which has the most amazing ocean front view and spacious private patio, perfect for large families or groups of friends.
